Collections and Search Services
Medical Faculty Library
The libraries at Lund University have a wide range of tools for information search. In addition to the library catalogue LUBcat there are databases and other search services that can be used for information search within medicine and health.
Our printed collections are available at our libraries. At the public computers in the libraries you can also get access to our databases and journals. Please note that general access to them are only for employees and students at Lund University, log in with your Lucat or Student account.
In the library catalogue LUBcat, you can see if the book you are looking for is available, if it is a course book or a reference book, which library it is placed at and the shelving location. You can choose which library you prefer as pick-up location when placing a request for a book. It is not possible to place a request for available course books.
E-books purchased by the library can be found in LUBsearch. They can be used by external visitors at the library computers, or accessed via LUBsearch for students and employees, log in to LUBsearch with student account or LUCAT.
