Are you curious about what it’s like to be a student at the Faculty of Medicine? Or would you like to find out more about a specific programme before you apply? Contact us and we’ll make sure you’ll get the opportunity to meet a student ambassador.
Our offer
We are always able to arrange digital meetings with one of our student ambassadors. You and the ambassador will then agree together whether you’d prefer to communicate via email, phone or Zoom. A digital meeting via Zoom usually takes about an hour and can be a great introduction.
If you would rather meet us in person, we can usually arrange face-to-face visits on campus. During these, you’ll shadow one of our students for half a day. Sometimes you’ll be taken on a tour of the campus, and sometimes you’ll sit in on a lecture – depending on what’s on the timetable. A face-to-face visit usually takes around 4 hours.
How does it work?
You send us an email telling us which programme you’re interested in and whether you would prefer to meet online or in person. Our aim is to put you in touch with a student from that particular programme.
The student ambassador most likely to answer your questions will then get in touch with you via email. You’ll agree on when to meet, either online or in person. Please note that all meetings with our student ambassadors take place on weekdays between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.

Please make sure to register your interest well in advance, as it can be difficult to arrange visits at short notice and during exam periods. We look forward to receiving your expression of interest!
