Clinical Research Centre - CRC
Welcome to Clinical Research Centre in Malmö
Clinical Research Center (CRC) and the Wallenberg laboratory is the Faculty of Medicine's meeting place for medical education, research and healthcare located on the hospital area in Malmö. Researchers, healthcare professionals, students and patients have the opportunity to meet in an open and dynamic environment that stimulates meetings, conversations and in-depth collaborations. Close connection to university health care means that research is problem based and collaboration with the health service also means that pre-clinical research can be implemented in healthcare quicker.
CRC, in Malmö is a modern clinical research centre. Together with the Wallenberg Laboratory, CRC provides a foundation for medical research in Malmö. Students, scientists and health care personnel work closely together under one roof.
Med-service encompasses the responsibility and management of the 100 000 sq metres of research and teaching facilities (BMC, CRC, HSC & MV) housing the Faculty's 2000 staff and 2800 students. It delivers administration, service and technical support to all of these facilities and the new facilities that are in the pipeline (CMU and Forum Medicum).
