Medicon Village is a venue for research, innovation and business development in the field of life science. Medicon Village is situated in Lund, close to Lund University and Skåne University Hospital.

At Medicon Village you will find researchers from Lund University, a large number of private companies and several regional council operations (Region Skåne).

At the site the Faculty of Medicine conducts research within the fields of cancer/oncology, neuroscience, palliative care and environmental/occupational health.

At Medicon Village you will find four departments:

  • Department of Experimental Medical Science
  • Department of Laboratory Medicine
