Study period: Autumn semester 5 weeks (December 17, 2018 - January 18, 2019)

Prerequisites: Studies in a Medical programme at a foreign university corresponding to 8 semesters including courses in pharmacology, internal medicine and surgery. Good knowledge of English.

Course structure: 2 weeks in Lund including lectures, skype/video sessions, surgical skills lab and group project. 2 weeks abroad at the University of Zimbabwe for clinical placements, seminars, WHO visit, Embassy visit and surgical skills lab followed by 1 week of examination, i.e. written thesis, oral presentation and individual written assignment.
