Department of Clinical Sciences, Lund

Welcome to the Department of Clinical Sciences, Lund, one of six departments at the Faculty of Medicine, Lund University. Clinical Sciences Lund intimately cooperate with Skåne University Hospital Lund, and the Medical Faculty in order to optimize the conditions for preclinical and clinical, translational research, research strategies and the development, as well as education at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

About the department

Clinical Sciences Lund have in total 31 divisions organized into four sections, and holds educational in e.g. the MD programme, at present 500 registered PhD students with approximately 60 dissertations per year. It constitutes the largest unit within this level at Lund University.
